The creation of the film for the screen print process is carried out directly through CAD and takes place in-house to ensure quick throughput rates and optimal quality.
|

|
Consistant print quality attains to perfectly defined materials and operational resources. We see this as a core competence. We therefore make our screens ourself. The quality is regularly checked by measuring screen tension.

|
|
Colors are mixed in-house and the colour fidelity is regularly verified with defined measuring procedures to customer specifications.
|
|
|
|
Front foils and flexible PCBs are printed in our cleanroom (class 10000, note there is an ISO spec for this ISO7 customers should recognise this it is a great selling point). We are capable of printing overlays with a window area up to 22“. Our customers can achieve a fully sealed panel that can also be used where high levels of hygiene are a prime requirement.

To continue our environmentally responsible policy SCHURTER has installed a system for heat recovery to the drying ovens. We also reuse detergents used in the cleaning process thereby saving resources and protecting the environment.

|
The choice of Laser or die cutting depends on the application and cost effectiveness. Whatever the correct solution is, SCHURTER offers the customer the option.
